Bill Hassett is a Partner in the McGladrey National Real Estate Group. Bill provides audit, tax and business consulting services for the firm’s real estate clients. He directs the firm’s services for-profit and non profit developers and investors, including transaction due diligence, financial modelling and tax structuring, and HUD and Section 42 financial and tax reporting.
His clients also include private equity real estate partnerships in the multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, restaurant and parking categories. Bill has spoken on a number of business and financial and tax reporting topics.
Bill is an active member of the Loyola School of Business Administration Dean’s Advisory Board
